Caregivers touched by Alzheimer’s share their stories

On September 17th, just days before World Alzheimer’s Day, two island authors will lead a conversation on living strong in spite of Dementia. Join us to share your own story and start a discussion with these inspirational women.

Marjorie Moulton, leader of the We Rage We Weep Alzheimer Foundation, will share some of her mother’s experiences while caring for her spouse with Alzheimer’s, and Janet Dunnett will read from her memoir, The Dwindlinga book about a daughter’s caregiving journey through Dementia.

This is an evening for caregivers to share experiences of struggle and strength, and perhaps feel less isolated in the face of a disease that can steal hope. Everyone welcome.
